Healthy Morning Shake
Delicious Morning Extremely Healthy Shake! * 1 handful of raw organic spinach * 2 organic celery stalks * Sprig of organic parsely * Couple slices of organic cucumber * 1 organic apple (I like Braeburn!) * Fresh mango, berries or other fruit to vary the taste * A couple sqirts of fresh lime or lemon juice * Liquid - (You may use juice, water, kombucha.....) Blend in blender at full speed until fully mixed. This is a really great way to start the morning. It's very healthy, tastes great and is an excellent way to get vegetables into those who otherwise avoid them! (The fruit sweetens the drink and it is great fiber as well!)

Especially good for vegan children who think they are healthy and getting all of the vitamins and minerals needed but who would likely live on "Quinoa" unless otherwise monitored.
